After installing SMCP you don't really need to do anything besides notifying your customers that a new anti-spam feature is available on your servers. Each of your customer's email users will need to login to their email account via the cPanel webmail interface and select SMCP to enable spam filtering for their email on the preferences page. You will also want to take a look at the firstrun.txt, firstspam.txt and quarantinefull.txt files if you would like to customize them. Those files are located where the DSPAM quarantine data is in the "txt" directory.
